We’ve decided to allow promotions in our groups.
Shocking I know.
Of course, there will be a structure.
It’s not a free for all
It’s a curated decadence of delight.
The reason we’re doing this is because quite frankly the only way to learn to promote is doing it
The amount of groups that preach Abundance while having a scarcity Energetic is very high and this is our way of totally checking out of the Coaching Clique blah blah.
It’s old
It’s petty
And it reeks of mean girl energy.
I’ve been sitting in these groups for years and the amount is Women who end up feeling unworthy, not enough, the need to buy the love of the teacher, or as if they need HER power and life instead of building their own is BREATHTAKING.
I just left one a few days ago shaking my head.
To be clear it’s not the teacher’s fault
There are no victims
AND …
There are still outcomes- even if unintended.
Sadly after being in these spaces, there is often so much RESISTANCE to real Leadership the women become downright feral.
Distrustful
Rebellious
Hostile
Full of broken glass.
I want to create something different
I want to SEE something different.
So we’re working on the parameters for promoting in our spaces.
Lighting a candle
And dancing in the Dazzling Darkness.
